Gwendolyn Brooks Elementary School opened in August, 1995. Students at Brooks School experience a well-rounded, balanced curriculum adopted by District 204. The curriculum includes hands-on experience with the latest in computer technology.

Our basic programs are greatly enhanced by the exceptional support we receive from our parent group. Parents new to the school are encouraged to become active in the Parent Teacher Association (PTA).
